At Japanese Head Spa Co., we have developed a structured hygiene system with head spa cleaning products, designed specifically for ultrasonic head spa environments.

Our alcohol-free, antimicrobial formulations are engineered to eliminate bacteria and viruses while protecting internal components, seals and circulation systems — something generic disinfectants cannot guarantee.

This is not just cleaning.

Our Hygiene Protocol is split into 3 parts.

The Daily Treatment Standard

During active treatment hours, hygiene must be immediate and visible.

Your protocol should include:

• Internal Halo cycle cleansing using the Professional Ultrasonic Cleaning & Sterilising Solution
• Surface and tool disinfection using the Anti-Microbial Spray 250ml and/or Cleaning Wipes

This ensures continuous antimicrobial protection without harsh alcohols that can degrade pumps, seals or disrupt the luxury head spa environment.

The End-of-Day Reset

Full System Sanitation

When treatments finish, hygiene moves from maintenance to system protection.

Your shutdown routine should include:

• A full internal flush through tank, showerhead and Halo circulation (make sure you do not leave water in the tank or basin, as stagnant water is very dangerous for your clients!)
• Complete disinfection of the head spa unit, tools and surrounding salon surfaces (you can start with the ‘Daily shutdown routine’)
• Application of the Anti-Microbial Disinfectant Mist to create an overnight protective antimicrobial layer

The mist is left in place — forming a fine protective film that preserves sanitation integrity until the next day. (DO NOT WIPE IT OFF)
